Bonus Terms
Unless otherwise defined by the Bobbycasino; all promotional bonuses are NON-CASHABLE. It helps in creating winnings and bonus cash functions to improve the play, but it cannot be taken into winnings. A bonus is not going to be returned to the account but deducted from winnings. From the overall sum, all bonus money will be removed at the point of cashout.
To claim a bonus, it must be redeemed by the player before putting any wagers with their down payment. It's the player's responsibility to contact customer support for help in redeeming said bonus if they are unable to do so for any reason. Once the player starts wagering the down payment, he or she forfeits their right.
Unless approved by direction, players cannot redeem additional coupons or promotional offers if they have a balance or pending cashout. Coupons or promotional offers cannot be united. If at any time this should occur, winnings will be void.
The bonus funds must be used within a 7-day period; otherwise, any remaining bonus balance in the wallet will be forfeited or nullified after the 7-day timeframe. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any claims related to this policy.
Any player who makes his/her first successful deposit on our site needs to compulsorily submit their KYC documents by email - to the email address - kyc@bobbycasino.com without which, the player will not eligible for withdrawal.
KYC documents shared with us must only be in English. If any player has KYC documents which are in a different language other than English, then they should be undersigned with a legal attestation by any Lawyer/Attorney/Legal Advisor in English as a proof of valid verification.
In case a player uses a coupon or a promotional offer that he/she isn't eligible for then all and any winnings created from that promotion will be forfeited, and the initial deposit will be returned to the player.
Unless otherwise stated, playing matches that were limited while on a bonus after the conclusion of a bonuses wagering requirements, will invalidate all winnings created while using said bonus.
In the situations where a promotion or a free incentive is open to be used on different games, the maximum wagering condition (out of the games which were played), will be used so that you can fulfill the wagering requirements before cashing out.
Playthrough Conditions: the wagering requirement depends upon the deposit amount plus the sum of the promotional bonus. - For example, should a Player deposit $50.00 and redeem a 100% bonus that needs 60X playthrough for slots and 80x for Tables and video Poker and Jackpot games along with a few games will not be considered for wagering , he/she must wager the sum of their deposit ($50.00) plus the sum of their bonus ($50.00) 60X for Slots and 80X for Tables and Video poker before cashing out. What this means is the Player must wager $100.00 X 60 = $6,000.00 for slots and $100.00 X 80 = $8,000.00 before requesting a withdrawal from their account.
For any free chip redeemed by a player whose value is less than $50, the wagering required to cash out the free chip will be 80 x on the slot games (or) 140 x on the video poker or the table games. The max cash out however remains same as $100 irrespective of the free chip value.
Daily free chip of $25 redeemed by the players will not be eligible for any withdrawal/cash out under any circumstances and therefore, no wagering or playthrough will be applicable on the same. Hence, the free chip thus claimed can only be used to play on any of the real money games only for fun.
In order to activate free spins, minimum balance is required.
Any type of promotion offering free chips/free spins with deposit bonus is redeemable only for one time on the deposit/s made during the promotion period.
Minimum/maximum withdrawal: maximum withdrawal quantity is established only by the sum of deposit.
It's the exclusive responsibility of the player to ensure that any relevant playthrough conditions are satisfied before requesting a withdrawal by contacting customer support If a player has decided to use a plus or promotion. Failure to satisfy the playthrough requirements can lead to refusal for withdrawal request.
All no deposit bonuses: standard wagering requirements
The bonus amount must be wagered for minimum of 60 times for all 3D Slots & 80 times for all allowed table games and video poker.
Wagers placed in jackpot games, Roulette, Craps, Pai Gow Poker and Baccarat, are not allowed with any no deposit bonus (unless specifically stated otherwise) and do not count towards meeting the wagering requirements.
Max cash out for a free chip is not more than $100 irrespective of the value of free chip.
Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one no deposit bonus and you are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to be made in the interim for you to be eligible so that you can purchase the second no deposit bonus.
Once you have met the wager requirements and are able to make a withdrawal, any amount that is over the maximum withdrawal limit will be removed from your balance, as you will not be able to withdraw these funds.
Although mixing deposits and a free bonus is not allowed, but we are aware that this may happen from time to time. If, for whatever reason, you deposit while using a no deposit bonus (e.g. free chip, free spins offer, etc.), the wagering requirements and maximum allowed cash-out of the no deposit bonus will still apply.
If you use any bonus to accumulate the feature guarantee(s), or extra bonus rounds and use a subsequent deposit and or bonus to redeem built-up feature bonus rounds, then the winnings coming from said bonus round(s) shall void all or any winnings and no deposits will be refunded.
The Casino will occasionally offer Promotional Coupons as "Free Chips". The maximum allowed withdrawal amount is $100 for any winning on any amount won using the free chip and remaining amount will be nullified.
The casino reserves the right to request documents such as ID, utility bill, card copies, or authorization forms at any time for account security.
At any point in time, if any promotion based no deposit free spins are offered to the players, they are meant only for gameplay and no wagering or cashout applies.

If a player chooses to use a bonus or promotion, it is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that all applicable playthrough requirements are met before requesting a withdrawal. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the denial of the withdrawal request.
If one account in your household or family has a bonus restriction, the same restrictions will apply to all other related accounts.
Maximum Withdrawal (Cashout) Rules: The maximum withdrawal amount is determined solely by the deposit amount and the wagering requirements attached to the deposit bonus. For further details, players may contact customer support at any time.
Redeeming Multiple Promotions: Players may not mix or combine promotions or bonuses. If multiple bonuses are combined, casino winnings may be removed at the time of withdrawal.
Please ensure that only one bonus is used at a time. Unless otherwise stated by casino management, players cannot redeem additional coupons if a withdrawal request is pending or if there is an existing account balance.
The deposit amount must be wagered a minimum of 10 times before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, if a player deposits $100, they must wager at least $1,000 to become eligible for withdrawal.
No Rule Bonus
Playthrough Conditions: The wagering requirement is calculated based on the deposit amount plus the promotional bonus amount and requires a 1x playthrough on Slots games only.
Minimum / Maximum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is $100. The maximum withdrawal amount is limited to 10x of the original deposit amount.
No Play / No Max bonuses
Unless otherwise stated, No Play / No Max bonuses may only be used on Slots and Keno. All other casino games are prohibited and restricted.
Playing any restricted or prohibited game while using a No Play / No Max bonus will result in all winnings generated from the bonus being void. These rules remain valid even after the playthrough requirement has been completed.
All deposit bonuses for Slots and Keno that are advertised as having no restrictions (no playthrough and no maximum cash-out) are subject to a minimum 1x playthrough on the total of the deposit plus bonus amount before funds become withdrawable.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, the bonus amount is considered non-cashable and will be removed from the withdrawal amount at the time of cash-out.
If a player uses a No Play / No Max bonus, completes the playthrough requirement, and then proceeds to play a restricted or prohibited game, all winnings will still be void. Bonus rules continue to apply even after playthrough completion.
At the time of withdrawal, the bonus amount will be deducted from the total withdrawal. For example, if a player redeems a $250 bonus and requests a $500 withdrawal, the player will receive $250.
If a withdrawal request is pending, the player will not be eligible to redeem comp points, free processors, or cashback offers. These promotions cannot be collected during or after the withdrawal approval period.
BobbyCasino reserves the right to alter or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. A cancelled withdrawal will not count toward any bonus unless approved by management and redeposited into the player’s account with consent.
Comp points cannot be accumulated on cancelled withdrawals that are redeposited into a player’s account.
If a player exceeds the maximum cash-out limit on a coupon, the excess funds will be removed whether or not the withdrawal has been processed. These funds cannot be reused with another promotion or to accumulate comp points.
All promotions are recorded using Eastern Standard Time (UTC -5). Players should take this into consideration when claiming bonuses.
Live Dealer games may only be played using a player’s withdrawable balance. Deposit bonuses and promotional bonuses cannot be used on Live Dealer games.
If one account within a household or family has a bonus limitation, the same limitation applies to all related accounts.
No Deposit Bonuses (free chips, free processors, free spins, free roll or spin slot tournaments) and No Play / No Max bonuses are subject to the rules outlined herein.
Unless otherwise approved by casino management, welcome bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, per address, and per device.

The minimum wagering requirement for no-deposit bonuses is 60x the bonus amount for Scratch Cards, Slots, and Keno, and 80x the bonus amount for all other eligible games.
A player’s account balance must be $5.00 or less to redeem any promotion, including deposit bonuses.
Promotions must be used immediately after a balance is lost. Insurance and cashback promotions may not be collected under certain conditions.
Playing games not permitted under a specific coupon will result in all winnings being void.
Any winnings exceeding the maximum cash-out limit will be removed and will not be paid.
If a player’s lifetime withdrawals are lower than their lifetime deposits, the player may be eligible to use a No Play / No Max promotion.
The following games are restricted under No Play / No Max bonuses: Blackjack (all variants), Roulette (all variants), Pai Gow Poker, War, Baccarat, Craps, and Video Poker. Any winnings generated from these games using such bonuses will be void.
Roulette and Poker games do not contribute toward wagering requirements.
All No Deposit bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements and maximum withdrawal limits stated above.
Once wagering requirements are met, players may request a withdrawal. Any amount exceeding the maximum withdrawal limit will be removed from the balance.
If a player makes a deposit while using a no-deposit bonus (including free spins or free processor offers), the original wagering requirements and cash-out limits will still apply. Once the no-deposit bonus play is completed, the deposit amount will be credited back to the player’s account.
